” …I grew up a certain way that not a lot of people would really know how to understand …There’s students here at this high school that I had promised to protect and be there for… …I’m just worried that they’ll fall down that same path I tried to help them get out of.
People will tell students what they want to hear, and say that they understand and they’ll be there for them, but they won’t realize they actually need help until it’s too late. …that’s the reason I chose this job.”
