On April 1st a student reported finding Perrysburg High School’s secret basement along with a terrifying secret: a group of students were surrounding a cardboard cutout of Taylor Swift while holding candles and chanting prayers.
The FBI is currently investigating this student cult, and their findings will leave your jaw on the floor.
The founder of this Taylor Swift cult is a junior named Ophelia Payne. The school agreed to let Payne perform her sacred rituals in school with only one condition: it has to be in Perrysburg High School’s basement.
“I placed 78 eras tour bracelets all over the school with a secret note attached, asking students to join my cult – ahem, I mean Taylor Swift Club” Payne said.
Cult members wear their bracelets with pride, including the principal, Dr. Justin Fults.
The FBI has found that 13 elite members might be doing illegal rituals in the basement. Este, one of the elite members, said, “Our hands are clean. There’s no body, no crime, we’re an innocent group.”
Evidence has shown that the cult firepits that were filled with poems and Kansas City Chiefs jerseys.
Members named Chloe, Sam, Sophia, and Marcus said, “We hate Travis Kelce. We chant curses to him everyday. MOTHER DESERVES BETTER.”
It seems like they have received backlash from other clubs not for practicing cult activities, but for not sharing the basement.
James Dean, a sophomore on the swim team, says, “It’s not fair, the basement is huge and also has a pool. The swim team deserves to use it.”
August, another cult member, said, “The haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate. We’re just gonna shake it off!”
Tension continues to arise, this problem is nowhere close to being solved.
