1.   (11/03) As we are coming to the end of the Fall Sports season please be aware that electronic tickets to OHSAA tournament contests may be purchased here, you may also pay cash at the gate. NO passes are accepted for OHSAA tournament contests. Everyone must have a ticket.

2.   (11/02) PHS Hockey Fundraiser – Support the hockey team by eating at Balance, Nov. 15, 11am-9pm. Enter the code PBURG1115 at checkout. See attachment

3.   (11/02) Congratulations to the Speech and Debate Team for placing first in Team Sweeps at Edison High School.

5. (10/23) American Legion Americanism & Government Test – students:Want a chance to win a FREE trip to Washington, D.C., cash prizes, and recognition that looks great on your résumé?
   Take the American Legion Americanism & Government Test on November 18 during early release, immediately after 11th period! It’s free, open to all students in grades 9–12, and takes no more than 60 minutes.
   The top-scoring boy and girl in each grade will be recognized and could advance toward a trip to D.C. PHS has had three statewide winners in recent years. You could be next!

7.  Senior Portraits — SELECTING PORTRAIT FOR YEARBOOK — If your senior was already photographed, PLEASE make sure he or she logs into Impulse Studio’s website to select the image they’d like us to use in the PHS yearbook. Each senior left their portrait session with a piece of paper that had a QR code on it. This is their login code. If you have lost your code, please email jwagener@perrysburgschools.net
   How to select your senior’s portrait: 
   a. Visit this website: https://vando.imagequix.com/L97R89N
   b. Type in code
   c. At the top of the webpage click on “Choose Yearbook.”
   d. Then select the photo you wish to use in the yearbook
   
   If seniors do not log in and select their photograph, the system will default to the very first photo taken of them and that’s what we’ll use in the yearbook.
   
   You can also purchase images from this website, directly from the photographer.

9.   Do you need help in a specific class? Student led tutoring is available free. Students should stop by Room 216, the main office or the guidance office to pick up a form today! Tutoring is available before & after school as well as during early release time on Wednesdays. Be sure to return the form to Mrs. Mazzarella in room 216, DO NOT put it in the pocket outside her classroom.

10. (8/14) Jacket Sports Network is looking for Members! Help with live broadcasts, scoreboard, graphic design… Email coach Seevers cseevers@perrysburgschools.net or stop down in the athletic office for more information.

11. Students, remember that you must fill out a pre planned absence form if you will be missing a day or more of school and the absence is not for a school activity. Forms can be picked up from Mrs. Mohler in the Attendance office.

12. Please recycle glass, pop cans and plastic, use the recycling bins in classrooms and the blue bin in the Commons.
