A long tradition of rivalry will be renewed this Friday at Steinecker Stadium as the Perrysburg Yellow Jackets (5-4) face off against the Maumee Panthers (4-5) in this epic season finale.

Freshman Caleb Gerken Joins Varsity Game from the Stands
Freshman Caleb Gerken reflects back on the experience, saying, “It was kinda surreal, I didn’t feel it at first, it was almost like it was a dream.”
Girls Golf tournament
Even though the Perrysburg girls golf team didn’t advance to districts, Franny Sberna did. Sberna shot an 87 — the third-best individual score in the tourney. St. Ursula finished first with a total of 303, followed by Northview and Notre Dame. Perrysburg shot a 401.

Perrysburg fans cheered on the fighting Yellow Jackets to victory over the Southfield Cougars on Friday, Oct. 7th. By the end of the night, Perrysburg came out on top with a score of 59-7. Check out the video.

Jackets pound Glenville, move on to state semi-finals
The Yellow Jackets, 13-0, now play No. 4 Cincinnati LaSalle, 11-2, on Friday night in a state semi-finals game. This is the first time in school history that Perrysburg has advanced to the state final four.
