2. Senior Portraits — SELECTING PORTRAIT FOR YEARBOOK — If your senior was already photographed, PLEASE make sure he or she logs into Impulse Studio’s website to select the image they’d like us to use in the PHS yearbook. Each senior left their portrait session with a piece of paper that had a QR code on it. This is their login code. If you have lost your code, please email jwagener@perrysburgschools.net
How to select your senior’s portrait:
- a. Visit this website: https://vando.imagequix.com/L97R89N
- b. Type in code
- c. At the top of the webpage click on “Choose Yearbook.”
- d. Then select the photo you wish to use in the yearbook
- If seniors do not log in and select their photograph, the system will default to the very first photo taken of them and that’s what we’ll use in the yearbook.
You can also purchase images from this website, directly from the photographer.
Senior Portraits — FINAL MAKEUP DAY FOR YEARBOOK PORTRAITS– The final date for senior portraits to be taken is Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at the high school. This is scheduled on election day when there is no school for students. That should help to open up student schedules to ensure each senior will be photographed. Signing up for an appointment through the link above and with our contracted photographer is the ONLY way your senior’s portrait will make it into the yearbook.

5. Do you need help in a specific class? Student led tutoring is available free. Students should stop by Room 216, the main office or the guidance office to pick up a form today! Tutoring is available before & after school as well as during early release time on Wednesdays. Be sure to return the form to Mrs. Mazzarella in room 216, DO NOT put it in the pocket outside her classroom.
6. Jacket Sports Network is looking for Members! Help with live broadcasts, scoreboard, graphic design… Email coach Seevers cseevers@perrysburgschools.net or stop down in the athletic office for more information.
7. Students, remember that you must fill out a pre planned absence form if you will be missing a day or more of school and the absence is not for a school activity. Forms can be picked up from Mrs. Mohler in the Attendance office.
8. Please recycle glass, pop cans and plastic, use the recycling bins in classrooms and the blue bin in the Commons.
