Winter is on its way and most students are still figuring out how they should spend it. Well, do I have some tips for you! What can you do to pass time? Here are 3 things you can do in Toledo!
Starting November 17th, The Toledo Zoo will be holding a Lights Before Christmas where the zoo is covered in beautiful Christmas lights. Opening night, the crew of the zoo light up the tallest tree in the zoo. It is a very beautiful sight to see and an amazing experience. If you are a member, you get one free weekend visit. If you are a non-member, Adults cost $17.00 and Kids/Seniors cost $14.00. It’s a fun experience you don’t want to miss! To find out more information, go to www.toledozoo.org/lights
Imagination Station! It’s such a fun amazing science museum with so many activities, including a fun house where you’re tilting in what looks normal on the outside but insane on the inside. There is also a car simulator where you sit inside a car, and you watch a mini-movie and you feel like you are in the action! The car moves to make it feel like you are in the actual scene.
Go watch the Toledo Walleye!!! They are such a great hockey team and the crowd is so much fun! My 2-year-old sister loves to watch the walleye! Whenever my dad plays T-Town hockey song, she goes crazy! It’s a great experience for all ages. I recommend going if you haven’t.
These activities are so much fun you will never be bored! Happy Thanksgiving!
