Photo gallery: PHS art club hosts annual art show on May 9

Perrysburg High School’s art-club hosted its annual student art show on May 9, 2024.

Scroll through some of the highlights below.

Painting teacher Michelle Brunner and art club advisor Candra Boggs point sophomore Madison Fisher in the right direction. Students and teachers set up the tables and displays right after school. Seniors were allowed their own table displays.

The Historic Perrysburg exhibition that was in the Way Public Library for the month of April had its own display at the art show. It featured architectural drawings, paintings and ceramic artworks.
Meghan Yarnell’s ceramic classes displayed their artworks on tables throughout the cafeteria. There were various containers and motifs on flat slabs.
Even graduates attend the art show. PHS 2023 graduate Kennedy Paquin loves attending the art shows and came to support and helped clean up the show afterwards.
